Stuck, But Just Figuratively This Time

Arcturius's pod landed relatively softly in a field of orange wheat. He groaned and got out, "Alright. Perfect." He waited for the others.

A little ways away another pod crash landed. Riku exited the pod.

Setsuna flew there and landed on his feet

Almira noticed the newcomer. "Hello."

Arcturius accepted this as canon that the new guy was right next to them. "Oh, hello!" He extended a hand, "I'm Arcturius!"

Riku looked over to see people and shook Arcturius hand, "I'll call you Artik for short."

Setsuna hit him. "No.. Say Arc or Artie or something."

Almira offered a hand. "I'm Almira."

Arcturius smirked slightly at Setsuna. "I don't think I like that. "Artik"." He wrinkled his nose, "Mind you, I sound like a vegetable."

He shook Almira's hand, "The names Riku."
"Careful I don't trust that guy." Rei whispered inside Riku's head.

Setsuna felt something. It was familiar to him. He quietly walked away from the group

Almira watched Setsuna leave. "I wonder...."

"He wanders," Arcturius pointed at Setsuna, he smiled. "Almira, I  just realized your sort of... cat...ish."

"Shut up, I can take care of my self, go back to being quiet."
"I'm just saying I don't entirely trust him. I do some what care about you. If you die so do I." Rei said. Riku walked over to Almira, "So, what's that guys deal?"

Almira looked at Arcturius. "Let me guess, curiosity killed the cat? Thats extremely hilarious after the thousandth time." She turned to Riku. "Oh, I don't really know."

Setsuna walked for awhile until he found the power he was looking for. It could have easily mistake for the high density of trees aroun it. Setsuna knew otherwise


"It's been awhile. My Setsuna."


"Indeed it has." Setsuna got down on one knee. "Lady Kinaiyahan."

"No, it's just... I hadn't noticed." He studied Almira intently, from various angles. "Hmm." He muttered endlessly under his breath. "Yes," he nodded, "Cat." He smiled. "Pretty." He yawned and looked at the wheat.

Almira's ear twitched. "I hear voices. Not yours."

Almira stick to the posting order!))

Riku studied them both, categorizing ever inch of their being into his memory. he could do that since he was part machine. "So... what are you guys doing here?"

Setsuna slowly stood up. "103 years......"

The women gave him a smile and walked over. "You poor thing.." She cupped his cheeks in her hands and planted a small kiss on his forehead. "I wish I could undoe what they did to you."

Almira covered her ears. "So...."

Arcturius picked some of the wheat, studying it closely.

Riku was very curious of what the other man was doing, the one that walked off.

"It's strange talking to another immortal." She admitted quietly. "Especially one that is older than myself."

Setsuna nodded. "Most get that feeling from me."

She softly intertwined her slender fingers into his. "I would like to meet your friends Setsuna."

Setsuna shook his head. "They are not my friends....."

He was surprised at her giggling reaction. "Darling. You must have them. If they are not your companions then would now not be an alright time to start?"

He looked contemplative. "I.....I believe you are right." He said with a bit of understanding. He gripped her hand a little tighter and returned to the group

Almira watched Setsuna return with someone new. But something was wrong, and it put her on edge. She waited to see what would happen.
