Riku's pod had went off course and landed him back on Hamba Phambili. Riku kicked open the pod and exited standing out infringing of it, "Stupid pod now I have to buy another one."
"You know if you let me out I could simply protect us from the no oxygen in space and then you wouldn't even have to buy pods." Rei said.
"How many times do I have to tell you? You're not getting out." Riku walked towards a nearby town to see if he could find a shop to buy another pod. As Riku came across the town he noticed over to the side an old man who was face to face with a wild bore. Riku started over to help the man when he saw something incredible. The man produced a blue beam of energy from his palms knocking the bore back and killing it. Riku was astonished. He walked over to the man and askedhim how he did that, "excuse me sir but how did you do that? "
"Oh, you saw that did you. Well my boy when I was a you.Get man I was a fighter much like you."
"How did you know that? "
"I know many things Riku." Riku was starting to get freaked out, "I'm sorry all this must be a lot for you to take in if you want I can show you how to perform this technique. That way I have at least some sort of legacy. "
"That would be grate." The man lead Riku back to his shack and set up some targets. "Now, focus all your energy into your hands and simply funnel it into a beam and fire it at the target .Riku did as instructed and focused his energy and fired a blue beam at the target and then the other two. The man couldn't believe how quickly Riku had picked up the technique. "Well that's pretty much it. Your good to go." Riku thanked the man and then went to find another pod.
